Demonstration

Attenuated Total Reflectance Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, or ATR-FTIR is a noninvasive method used to analyze organic and inorganic materials and is particularly useful for “inclusion” or “intercalated” compounds in which an organic compound, such as a cannabinoid, is embedded inside a protective, inorganic matrix; bonding to the matrix can be profoundly stabilizing, while still allowing for simple release of the intercalated molecule.
