Acidic cannabinoids, specifically CBDA, THCA, CBGA, and CBCA, are potent PPAR agonists with real therapeutic potential across pain, oncology, and metabolic disease. The obstacle has always been stability. That obstacle is gone.


Mingowood is actively seeking licensing partners in two primary therapeutic areas: CNS orphan diseases, including X-ALD, adrenomyeloneuropathy, Friedreich's Ataxia, and Rett Syndrome, where stable oral and sublingual delivery of small molecule adjuncts is a documented clinical need; and NAFLD/MASH, where the field's movement toward oral combination therapy creates a direct application for the Intercalyx™ platform.

    

Mingowood Pharmacal’s Intercalyx™ platform achieves over 90% encapsulation efficiency for acidic cannabinoids, shielding them from decarboxylation and oxidation across a commercially viable shelf life. The formulation uses pharmaceutical-grade excipients, contains no new chemical entities, and is suitable for oral, sublingual, injectable, and inhalation delivery routes.
